Mia’s Cafe was founded by husband-and-wife team Carlos “Charlie” Medina and Cecilia. After years of working in kitchens and perfecting his craft, Charlie wanted to create something of his own—a place where food and community could come together.
As chef and owner, Charlie brings recipes and experience shaped by his time in the restaurant industry, blending classic flavors with his own creative touches. Cecilia brings warmth to the front of house so every guest feels at home.
